October 9th, 2013- New York - Sphinx Founder and President, Aaron P. Dworkin, delivered an address on Inclusion in American Orchestras to a sold-out audience during last night's Sphinx Virtuosi performance at Carnegie Hall. Quoting famed maestro Leonard Bernstein, Dworkin illuminated the stark lack of progress to increase cultural inclusion over decades within the orchestra field and received a standing ovation.

He also stated: "I believe this issue of inclusion in our orchestras and in the arts constitutes a moral crisis within a form of expression that is vital to our culture as a thriving society."
