Ronée Boyce, Artistic Director of Canada's Neapolitan Connection Concert Series, sends us this message:
Dear Friends,
It is my distinct pleasure and honor to welcome you to Neapolitan Connection's brand new 2013/14 classical concert season.
As The Neapolitan Connection Concert Series prepares to embark on its 3rd season, I cannot help but marvel at the extraordinary musical heights and accomplishments already achieved. From innovative concert productions in Canada's most esteemed concert halls, intimate monthly matinée recitals, live classical concert radio broadcasts, local community outreach programs and benefit concerts in the Caribbean, Neapolitan Connection has established itself as a veritable fixture on the Toronto music scene and beyond. It gives members of Neapolitan Connection a tremendous sense of honor and responsibility to continue sharing the gift of classical music with our community.
In 2013/14, there is so much to look forward to. For starters, many new esteemed local and international performing artists have joined our exciting concert roster this season, hailing from Canada, United States and Europe. These world class artists have performed as soloists with some of the nation's leading orchestras, with the Metropolitan Opera and at Carnegie Hall. These artists are elated to be able to share their musical world with you in concert.
Secondly, In a continued effort to educate and inspire our audiences, Neapolitan Connection is very pleased to present four brand new concert subscription packages at Toronto's Montgomery's Inn Museum: Solfeggio, Musical Journeys, Children's Concert Classics and The Great Composers. All of these concert subscription packages are very affordable, and have been designed to suit every age group and musical interest whether you are a classical music novice or a seasoned aficionado.
